Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (level 2 NVQ)

Since April 2021 it has been mandatory that all learners who are taking the Door Supervisors training will have to show a First Aid Certificate (at least a Level 2). This qualification enables learners to act as a first aider within their workplace in line with First Aid at Work Health and Safety Regulations.

Course Content

  • Adult Resuscitation
  • Use of defibrillators
  • Unresponsive Casualty
  • Choking adult
  • Minor and life-threatening bleeding
  • Shock and seizures
  • Minor injuries such as nose bleeds, grazes and minor burns
