A Security Guard is sometimes called a manned guard. The duties of a Security Guard are carrying out patrols, checking people and vehicle entry points, recording incidents, removing trespassers, responding to emergencies etc. Once you become a Security Guard you have the opportunity to work as a manned guard, patrol officer, key-holder, site security guard, retail security guard, building reception, store detective and more. In order to become a door supervisor you would need to do the door supervisor course or later on when you want to progress in your career you can upgrade your course later.
